Can I use my Charity's domain name?
Absolutely. We can connect your new Hosted Exchange mailboxes to your Charity's domain name. We will manage this and make the relevant changes for you.
Will there be any downtime?
There will be no downtime at all! We will assign you a Dedicated Project Manager who will guide you through the migration and setup process to ensure everything is setup exactly as you want it to be and at a time that suits your Charity - with no downtime!
Is it charged per user?
We don't charge our Hosted VoIP solution by user - we try to keep it as simple as possible. Regardless of the number of users you have, we simply bill you for a call plan plus any calls you make.
Can I use my existing handsets?
It depends. There are lots of handsets that can be reconfigured to work with our Hosted VoIP system but it's something we can check at any time, we'd just need the make and model of the handset.
You can also use softphones that can be installed on your mobile and tablet devices.
