What is the setup process?
The setup varies depending on how many devices you need to backup and how much data you have. For larger data volumes, we may recommend sending out a password-protected Hard Drive which you will post back to us to sync directly into the datacentre to capture the majority of the initial files. For smaller volumes we can simply install the software and sync it from over the internet.
Whichever way the setup is done, we will fully manage this for you based on your exact requirements.
If I need to recover files - how does it work?
The recovery of files is all dependant on how much data you need to recover at any one time.
If you needed a single file recovering, we can do this under our usual 2 working hour SLA by simply logging a ticket.
For larger recoveries, in the event of any onsite failures, we will work with you to agree on the best way to recover your data and where we will copy the data to.
What can I backup?
Our Online Backup is a comprehensive Disaster Recovery solution meaning that you can backup more than just files and data.
The solution is capable of backing up pretty much everything you need including; Exchange Email, Software, SQL Databases, Applications plus much more. If you have something specific in mind that you need to backup, just give us a call!

Yes, at no extra cost!
You can install the backup software on as many devices as you need to and you will simply be charged for the total volume of data backed up across all your device.You can also segment the backup and set exactly what you want to backup on every device.
