What is the setup process?

We can have your new account setup and ready to use within minutes. Other things we'll need to consider as part of the setup is if you need new handsets or if you have existing ones that we will reconfigure for you to work with our system. We will also need to understand the features you want setting up - voicemail, call recordings, IVRs and call routing etc.

Outside of the general setup, we will also need to contact your existing telephony provider if you have an existing number you'd like to keep - don't worry, we will handle everything.

How much does it cost to make calls?

A full list of our call costs are available on request.

Like any other telephony provider, we charge based on the length and type of calls.

We can show a cost saving on call usage and we might be able to show an ever further cost saving by adding bundles to your account which gives your monthly phone bill more predictability. For example, if you call a lot of mobile numbers, you can add a 1,000 minute mobile bundle to your plan with us which you can add or remove at any time.


Is it charged per user?

We don't charge our Hosted VoIP solution by user - we try to keep it as simple as possible. Regardless of the number of users you have, we simply bill you for a call plan plus any calls you make.

Can I use my existing handsets?

It depends. There are lots of handsets that can be reconfigured to work with our Hosted VoIP system but it's something we can check at any time, we'd just need the make and model of the handset.

You can also use softphones that can be installed on your mobile and tablet devices.
